This deposit is part of an agreement under negotiation, which will be disclosed when finalized.

Over the past 12 months, "MIT" has consolidated its efforts, has significantly strengthened its team and has reorganized its marketing/sales departments and financial bases in anticipation of its future growth. The results achieved will be reflected during the 2007 / 2008 fiscal year.
